Church of England appoints a bishop for church planting

 The Diocese of London has appointed a new bishop specifically with the job of overseeing church planting.  This is maybe the kind of positive step and 'out of the box thinking' that the Church of Ireland, meeting in General Synod (7th - 9th May) should consider in their deliberations for the future of its witness in Ireland.
