Bryan Follis, Rector of All Saints' Church, University Street Belfast, has just published a timely and important booklet on the distinctive beliefs of Anglican Evangelicals.  He argues that Evangelicalism is not to be seen as just one stream within the Anglican mix, but is rather the very heart-beat of true Anglicanism.
